For a long time, I worked in the world of data and analytics — structured, sharp, and performance-driven. Over time, a different question grew louder: why do we so often know what would be good for us, and still do something else?
Today, I support people in understanding their emotions, softening inner blocks, and finding their way back to themselves — not only through insight, but through the whole system.
Movement has always been part of that path for me. Yoga taught me, again and again, to listen: to what’s happening beneath the thoughts, and to the quiet clarity that appears when we stop treating the body like an accessory to the mind. And with over ten years of dance experience, I’ve learned about expression, presence, and the deep truth that change can begin through the body.
As a certified emTrace Emotion Coach, I weave together emotion-focused coaching with embodiment and nervous system work. Because lasting change isn’t created by understanding alone — it also lives in what we feel, how we breathe, how we hold ourselves, and what the body has been communicating for a long time.
My work is a grounded, held space for whatever is here — stress, self-doubt, recurring emotional patterns, difficult decisions, or the longing to feel like yourself again.
I believe this deeply:
It’s all about how we feel.
And sometimes change begins right there — when we learn to listen, and let the body become an ally again.
